245 1992 Gear Shift Lever Is Loose 200 1984

Guy's my 1992 245 automatic has a small problem. The gear shifter is very loose and I cannot figure out how to tighten it. I can hear a rattle when I shift through the P R N D sequence. How do I tighten ???
