Auto Engine Lube kit opinions 900

I recently came across the following site:
http://www.autoenginelube.com
This device is a oil reservioir with a solenoid that attaches to the oil pressure sender unit on the engine. The idea is when you turn off the engine, the solenoid closes and traps engine oil in the tank under pressure. When you restart the engine the next day or a week later the solenoid opens before the engine starts cranking. This provides the valve lifters with full oil pressure before the engine starts turning.
Sometimes I don't drive my 960 for a week to a month at a time. When I do start the car after one of these extended periods, the engine is rough for the first 5-10 seconds. I know the valve lifters are not geting all the oil they need. The MANN filter is supposed to do the same thing but I don't think it can prevent oil pressure loss in the head over extended periods of disuse.
The device looks fairly simple. I could probably make one from scratch if I realy set my mind to it.
Has anybody used anything like this before? Does it work or is this snake oil? Are there any other systems out there that do the same thing?
Thanks for everyone's input.
