164-264 what's the difference 200

What are the differences between the two. I'm not for sure, but the 164 has an inline six and the 264 has a v6, right? Why did the stop making the I6? Are the tires and suspension the same? Do they use the same transmissions? Are parts hard to find? Will an interior from a 240 fit in a 164?
