IPD SS brake hoses installed...finally 200 1993

The delay of the installation was of my own doing. I purchased them from IPD about 3 months ago when they were on sale. I'd like to thank some of the kind folks on the board for thier input. As per the advise I recieved here, I had been soaking the original line fittings with PBlaster every chance I could get. Even so, the technician who did the work for me still had to apply heat to 2 of the fittings to break them loose. Other than that, they went on without a hitch. The tech also used a pressurized bleeder machine to flush the entire system. The difference is definately noticable. The pedal seems to have lost about 1/2in. of travel and is slightly more sensitive. My intentions were to add an extra degree of safety as opposed to simply adding a "boy-racer" toy. My Wife would often complain that the brakes on my 245 didn't offer the security of her `03 VW Golf. I think she'll be pleasantly suprised when she drives the Volvo now. Thanx again to all for your input!!!
