short circut 200 1983

Short circut in #1 fuse circut , radio , cig lighter , rear wipe-wash .Fuse goeswhen rear wipe wash is used. I unplugged the washer motor and the wipe motor , but still blows fuses , .IS there any common place this wiring goes bad ? Thanks John
