Air vents / I have no power / Motor mounts 700 1989

89 740GL Sedan

I had the blower motor fixed, however now when I press on the gas pedal the vents stop blowing air and it only comes out on the defrost on top of the dash. When I release the gas pedal, the air comes through the vents. This happens with Air/AC/Heating.

Speaking of the gas pedal. I have to push the pedal so far down to get any power, and then it still has trouble up hills. I've had a tune up and other things done to it. I keep telling the mechanics that money is not a problem, but to please just FIND OUT WHAT IT IS. My roomate has the same car, but a 1990 model and if you just touch that gas pedal the car is off. (It's not turbo). I know 1 year hasn't made that much of a difference.

Finally. Where can I find my motor/engine mounts. I'd like to take a peek at them to see what kind of shape they are in. (Mechanic seems too lazy to look!).

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
