240 engine into 740 wagon? 700 1991

Hi!

There's a 91 740 wagon advertised in the local paper--$500, supposedly good condition aside from a blown engine (still need to find out the particulars).

I currently have a good b230f (and AW70) from a 240 sitting in my garage. I'm assuming that the basics are the same, but am concerned that the accessories (ac, power steering pump, etc.) might interfer with the distributor. Any BTDTs? Is this a do-able do?

Of course, all this assumes my better half doesn't kill me when I suggest another project . . . .
