Mechanics in San Diego 700 1989

Are there any good volvo mechanics in San Diego? I've yet to find a good one. The mechanic who has my car right now is trying to get it to pass smog. I've given him the advice you guys have given me online and he's very reluctant to listen. Also he no speaka any engrish. Thanks for any advice!
