All.

Well I don't have to worry about a warped head. Last night I pulled the Brand Spanking New Radiator, I then pulled the Thermostat. The $%^&* PO put a radiator on it BUT didn't bother with a $10 Tstat. The plunger part of the Tstat was stuck in the head right next to a 1/2" x 1 1/2" hole in the mounting area.

Next steps? Continue dissassembly and look for aluminum damage.

Any thoughts?
