84 245 non-turbo exhaust advice 200 1984

Hey guys, I'm looking for advice on what exhaust system to get to replace my broken one. If you read my earlier thread, it'll be obvious. :D

I went to the local Murray's and they quoted $130 in parts, so I figured I should look into what aftermarket systems are available. I would need a new 1st muffler/resonator on back (because the pipe broke too close to the resonator).

Anyone have experience with the kit ipd or fcp groton sells? Seems like fcp sells the same non-turbo kit for $50 less.

Will a turbo exhaust improve performance on a non-turbo car? Does it bolt on or do I need a little modification?
Any other alternative I should look into?
