84 240 some hesitation throughout driving range? 200 1984

I have an 84 240, new fuel pumps,relays,and filter in November, new CAT and O2 last summer. Noticing some stumble in acceleration, and when cruising occasionally. Haven't found a noticeable vacuum leak yet, but occasionally the cruise control wont set. Electrical was found to be in good condition when the bad fuel pump was diagnosed...........also the idle doesn't drop down below 1300 rpms?
