Rotors 900 1996

Will someone please recommend the best rotors and pads for a 1996, 960. I replaced the front rotors on my car about 18 months ago and have had to "turn" them twice over the past 6 months. I need to replace the rear rotors and pads soon and thought I'd do both the front and back at the same time.
