Ball joint-to-control arm bolt torque? B.J.-to-Strut bolt torque? 200 1988

I'm starting the re-assembly of the front suspension bushing replacement job on an '88 240DL. I have both a Haynes manual and a Chilton manual. I have found three different torque specs for the ball joint-to-control arm mounting bolts.

Chiltons: 70-95 ft-lbs.

Haynes: 7-9 ft-lbs. (probably a typo)

Haynes (torque wrench settings chart):
Bolts, ball joint attachment-later type 15-20 ft-lbs.
(I suspect for ball joint-to-strut bolts)

What is the proper torque for

1) Ball joint-to-control arm bolts?
2) ball joint-to-strut bolts?

Thanks for your help.
