Best engine swap? 200 1982

I am driving an 83 240 wagon (4cyl non-turbo, 4 spd OD) and i'm looking to swap the engine out for something more powerful. I dont have the time, money or expertise to go with a V8 swap, so im thinking about a V6 or a 4cyl turbo w/ intercooler, any suggestions on what would be better, cheaper and/or easier? is it possible to get a V6 turbo? and what parts would I need to replace along with the engine in the recommended swap?
