240 engine upgrade parts 200

I found a 740 turbo in the yard without the turbo. Will the cam from a turbo motor add power to the standard 240 23b engine and also will it fit and what else can I do to add some quick cheap power. Going to start using my 240 wagon for auto crossing and just need a few more hp. Thanx
