89 240 wagon 200

My 240 slowly died while i was driving, I pulled to the side and returnd a couple of days later, replace the battery tried to start it but the engine just turned and turned, checked the distribtor cap which had a crack in it, so I replaced it, still would not start, replace rotor, plugs and wire still would not start. Checked and changed fuses and fuel pump relay with no success, plugs are wet and I do have spark.

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
