4 PISTON Girling calipers for Volvo P1800/122 120-130 1965

I would like to upgrade to a two circuit brake system.

Someone has these on ebay:

Girling 4 piston FRONT calipers that fit Volvo P1800/Volvo 122 Amazon 1969-1970

Just wondering if they would fit onto a '65 122 front disks? If they can be fitted, is there any modifications beside brake lines/master cylinder?
