Are door hinges swappable? back-front? 200

Hello,

If the bottom driver's door hinge is really worn, could I replace it with the bottom hinge from the driver's side back door? I haven't had a chance to look closely as the hinges, I though someone could give me a quick responce. I'm just thinking that a rear door hinge would have alot less wear on it.
