86' 240 waggon won't start after sitting.... 200

I found water in my oil in my 86 240 waggon about two months ago. I haven't had time to fix it or money to pay someone to fix it so it's been sitting the whole time. Now it won't start to get it up onto my ramps so i can work on it. Anyone have any idea of what's probably rusted out and how to fix it so it will at least start again? The water was in my oil due to me needing a new head gasket. Any help is much appreciated. ( and i know i'm a fool for letting it sit with water in it - oh how i know).
