1987 240DL stumbles on hard acceleration 200 1987

I am at a complete loss on this one. The spark plugs, distributor cap, rotor, wires, timing belt are all in good condition. The problem is getting worse though. The car kind of has a kick to it when I'm accelerating and now when sitting in idle it sometimes rumbles a little. Please help. Thanks!

general info on the car: 87, manual transmission, 201,100 miles, great condition.
