thermal time switch torque specs 200 1981

I had to pull and replace the TTS to get the new intake manifold gasket on, and snugged it down with 19mm deep well, but it appears as though there may still be some residual fluid leak. Any ideas on proper torque specs? Bentley and Haynes are silent on this.
