How do I remove the rear seat-back in a 87 245-S/Wgn ?? 200 1987

I have to repair the seat belt anchor points in my 87 245 - The seat part of the rear bench came out easy - but how does the fold-down seat-back come out.

My guess is that I need to remove the upholstery clips along the bottom of the seat, and access a couple of bolts to remove the swivel points......
