Parking Brake...again 700 1990

Hello All,

After reading in the faq about adjusting the parking brake, I thought I'd wander out into the garage and see about adjusting mine.

The faq says that you remove the rear ash tray and volia' the adjustment mechanizm (sp) is there. Well,in my '90 turbo wagon, if you pop the ash tray out, there is plastic behind it. I can't see anything but a plastic panel.

What am I missing?
