Why is my dash screaming? 91 245 200

Hey

My dash has been screaming at me.
A super loud high pitched squeal.
It's been going on for a long time now.
I've taken the top part of the dash apart several times and can't find the source. I don't think it is the wiper motor seal ot the wiper arms rubbing. No open holes anywhere in the firewall, I sealed everything.

The sound is coming from right in the middle of the dash and starts at about 65mph. LOUD!

I'm on the road between NYC and New Mexico so this is driving me nuts.

I'll take of the front console now and see what I see.

Ideas????
