BIG Brake upgrade source?Experience?(NOT JUMbo brakes) 700 1990

Car is 90 740 GL with Girling calipers(no ABS) and ATE 10.25(262 mm)Power (atomic) discs.

I think from the FAQ,I will either(1) need 2 new caliper brackets,keep the old calipers
or (2)If I am going to change the calipers anyway,what year940 calipers set up(complete set calipers and brackets) should I ask for.
,plus 11.50(280mm)rotors.
Anybody who has done this and source?
