trouble starting my 240 200

When I first start the car up in the morning, it starts fine. Any time after that is the problem...even if I just drive it around the block. When I try to start it again the starter motor will keep on cranking until finally it starts. Sometimes it idles rough upon starting or stalls out.

This has been happening for a couple of months.

I need some help! I perform regular maintenance on the car and have recently changed the plugs and the computer. It is a 1990 240
