'83 245T/Has no keys/How to proceed 200 1983

Hello guys,
Bought a 245T that needs a head gasket but also needs a new ignition and keys.
I can start it now but need to fix it.Wrecking yard seems to be obvious, but what exactly do I need? Entire column w/ignition w/key?
Also how do I handle the tailgate lock? BYW, I have the title.
