Which type brake booster?? 700 1990

Have a bad brake booster on my '90 760Turbo. Plan to look for a used one but as I look for info on the web, I find two types listed when I enter my model, a 10" single diaphragm and dual 8". Were there two types used and do I have to have dealer check based on my VIN as to which I have? Can somebody enlighten me as to which type I have or is there something visual to tell me??
