700-900 differences? 900

I've just bought a '93 940 Turbo estate to replace my trusty '89 740 estate.

As far as I can see, the cars are almost identical other than the late model 760 style facelift, and de-chromed look.

Can anybody tell me what the differences are between the 700s & 900s?
