Again, How do I get the automatic shifter knob off? 200

This has me completely puzzled. I need to replace the shift cover and I can't figure out how to get the damn knob off. I popped out the OD switch and still couldn't find a relaease. Please please help. I'm about to give up and take it to Volvo.
