Spark plug gap? 900

well,

It's time for tune up...I need to know the right gap for the spark plugs on my 940 SE turbo engine. I set it on .028..is this right? Also, would it be okay if i chagne the plugs when the engine is cold or should i get it to warm up first then change the plugs.
Oh..i'm also chaning the rusted tail pipr, anyone know the size what size tail pipe i need, planning o just adding a straight pipe rather than the curved one.
And is there a way to turn the foglights back to clear color rather tha this yellowish tint..I mean the headlights looks fine but the foglights beside it doesn't match since ithas this yellowish tint. Is there a place i could go and buy replacement foglight bulbs that are HID look alike..thanks.
