Diptstick Blowing Coming Out 700 1989

On my 1989 740 Gl, I recently have noticed that on occassion that my engine oil dipstick has evidently been blown part way out causing oil to blow around the inside of the engine compartment. The car has 195K miles and has not shown any evidence of burning oil. This has happened three times now and I don't why. Any help would be appreciated.
