my wife thinks that I can fix cars after utilizing some advice I got from this forum. (the car was no start, someone mentioned that i should look at the 25 amp fuse by the battery--the housing was all shot so I replaced and....vrooomm...ba-da-bing--now i'm a mechanic)

however

my windscreen wipers are not working now -- any advice on how to trouble shoot this problem--I checked the fuse in the drivers side footwell.
