Would appreciate Brickborders help for 2 problems I'm having with my 1993 240 wagon - automatic

There is a hesitation(stumbles)when pulling away from a stop. Once it gets going,it runs well.

When starting from cold in the morning, engine quits for the first 2 attempts when I shift it into drive. On the 3rd attempt it idles Ok.
