Air Conditiong and radiator issue 900 1993

I just had the radiator replaced on my 93 940T wagon. Now the air conditioning does not get cold at all. Did the mechanic miss a part of the process that caused the AC to quit? What is the relationship between the two, if any? Thanks for any advice you may be able give.
