tire blowout, temporary replacement questions 700

Doing about 75 mph and had the right rear tire suddenly fully deflate (like 2 seconds), cause massive vibration, and cause the rim to rip through the tire before I could get over (completely dead).

I now need to replace that tire, but have a bit of an issue. The set in the back were/are old, and I was planning to replace them next spring (nasty remingtons that are pretty worn). I don't want to replace one and then the other (rather do both at once), but I also don't want to replace both now (pointless with winter coming on to swap twice, dont want to spend the money, etc.).

I have and old taurus in the driveway with Aegis 205 65 r15s on it, essentially the same tire as my summer tires but 205 instead of 195. Can I just grab one of these Aegis, get it remounted, and throw it on for a couple months until I switch to the Noians (snows). Will running a 195 on one rear tire and a 205 on the other cause major problems? Swapping two 205s into the reaqr would be tough since I don't have a sixth tire to put on the taurus.

Basically I'd like to just get by with a 205 on one wheel for a few months and wondering if this is adequately safe and possible. I know the brick can take 205s, I just don't know about combining a 195 and a 205 on two opposing wheels. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
-rt
