Adjustment of PNP switch? 900 1994

I am having a problem of flashing transmission mode lights on a '94 965. The error codes are 114; 311; & 313. These error codes seem to point to both the PNP switch & the Engine Speed sensor on the transmission, but I'm wondering whether the problem may be caused by just the PNP switch.

I've heard reference to adjustment of the PNP switch. Does anyone know how this is adjusted?
