MPG for a B230FT 900 1992

Hi,


anyone know what is the normal MPG for my car, 91 940 SE..it has the turbo engine? I calculated mine and I'm only getting 18MPG city driving...is this good? what could I do to improve my MPG? I just got done doing a tune up...any fuel additives or injection cleaner you recommend for me to use on my volvo? thanks.
