I followed the idle adjustment procedure in the green books last night. I grounded the blue/white wire in the test connector, and there was no change in the idle. could this indicate a problem with my IAC valve? (i have a spare, but haven't had time to put it in yet) Is it possible that i just wasn't able to detect the change? it's supposed to go from 700 to 750.
