Mini bulb 1.2Watts W2x4.6D for lighting dash center consol, switches, rear ashtray, auto transmission, accessory gauges.

Are these bulbs available only at Volvo parts dealers? Or are they an off the shelf bulb that you can find at any reputable auto parts store?
