Can the clutch and brake pedal assembly out of an 1800 be used in a 142 ?-- both cars 72s. I'm not realy familiar with either model. I need to decide between the 1800 and a 144 to be used as a parts donor for an automatic to manual + OD swap. The 144 has all the parts I'd need, and more, but no OD. The 1800 has the M41. I've tried to do a parts number comparison, but haven't been able to find the numbers.
