so today in the junkyard i picked up 8 46lb injectors (0 280 150 400) and as of now i'm trying to get them to fit into a EFI setup and i have the top washer+oring that fits fine and i just made the lower washer a little bigger in the center to get it to fit over the tip of the injector. then goes on the oring BUT i cannot get the pintle cover from a EFI injector to fit on this injector. what do i need to do to make it fit?? is there a special part # i need?? or is there something i am missing ...

will a CFI injector just push into a EFI(volvo) manifold since the end is a little larger than the stocker plus the stock has a pintle cap and the CFI is to big to fit it so hm... i know of a few ford guys that run CFI injectors w/o the pintle caps fine so since thier brown tops injectors fit in our cars and blah blah all injectors are interchangible from us to them so yea
