first long road trip with my brick. 900 1993

Today i went on my first long road trip with my 945 turbo, and I'm very pleased. We went from my house in staten island, NY to visit a friend attending law school in lansing, michigan. Damn what a long trip. We're talking 12 hours here. I must say the car performed admirably. The seats.... aah the seats were my best friend on this trip (next to XM radio) and the ride quality was very nice. Amazingly enough, I got 24mpg the first tank, and that's with all that mountain driving in PA at about 85mph average(the turbo got a nice workout for sure). I installed a boost controller before the trip, and even though I'm running stock boost level, the difference in boost response is very nice. Anyway I'm tired and going to get some well needed sleep, but I just wanted to share my enjoyment with you all. Good night,

'93 945 turbo. A big comfy box.... and a '90 Mazda 626 GT turbo, 16psi on upgraded turbo and a bunch of other mods.
