B23 Crank bolt size/thread? 700

Ok, don't ask me how, but while installing the pulley I stripped it...I think it was from trying to turn the crank with just the bolt in it and no pulley. Bonehead move by me but anyways...Can I just find a replacement from the auto parts store or home depot? Or is it some kind of special bolt that I'll have to yank from another B23F/T?
