More advice needed... Changing fuel inj. o-rings 200

well, thanks to all the advice I got on the last project, everything went great!!

this time we are chaning the fuel injector o-rings on my 1982 volvo 240dl...

once again I am relatively new to the whole working on my volvo thing, so if this job is too difficult, please let me know.

any advice or instruction you can give me to change the fuel inj. o-rings would be greatly appreciated!
