Shudder while turning at slow speed S90-V90

My wifes S90 has developed a shudder when turning the wheel at a relatively slow speed (10-20 mph). I dont notice it when driving down the road or when standing still. Any ideas as to what might be happening.

I also just replaced the radiator on her as well. I ordered a replacement from a place called radiators hotline or something like that. THe upper fill tube broke off and it was right before Isabel hit so all the radiator shops in the area were closed due to lack of power. I ended up paying about 190 including shipping. Did I get hosed or was this a fair price?
