1990 Front Body Parts Interchangeability 700 1990

My 16 year old daughter rear-ended a truck last week with the 1990 740Gl. The fan ended about an inch from the radiator pushed forward. The car still runs but the top radiator hose is kinked. All the brackets, trim, one headlamp, one turn signal, etc. from the radiator forward, including the hood and probably the left front fender, will need replacing. Could someone please help me with what years are interchangeable? I have a 1987 740 GLE for parts, but the front ends were changed in 1990. A junkyard said the hood from a 1991 is different, which I find hard to believe since I have a 1991 which looks the same as the 1990 front end, but then again....
