Engine swap for a 71 164-74 Manifold? 140-160

I have a 74 8bolt 164 engine I wil be putting in my 71 164. Does the 74 have a better exhaust manifold than the 71? Would it work with a 71 stromberg manifold. What major difference is there between 8bolt and 6bolt.
