Advice on Plans to Increase Tire Size on 82 242 200 1982

Hey Guys,
I am considering replacing the 195 x 70 x 14 tires/wheels on my well maintained 82 242 (IPD sway bars, rear overload springs, and Bilstein shocks), with 205 x 60 x 15 tires on 15" x 6" 700 series steel wheels. For those of you with some experience with these matters:

The first question is: Should I anticipate that the ride would get a lot harsher with the somewhat lower profile tires?

The second question: Is a 205 x 65 x 15 tire/wheel simply too tall for a 200 series sedan? I assume that there may be a potential problem with rubbing in the wheel well.

Approximate heights for these 3 tire/wheel sizes along with the approximate height for the original stock wheel:

195 x 70 x 14 = 24.9"
205 x 60 x 15 = 24.8"
205 x 65 x 15 = 25.6"

Stock for this year was a 185 x 70 x 14 with an approx. height of 24.3".

Thanks.
Dave
