Exhaust Ticking 200

I recently just changed out the middle pipe since it was rust all to ****. Which by the way, the car sounds really, really, really good with only headers, 3 feet of pipe, and the cat (stright pipes bascily). Anyway, since i replaced the pipe, i have this strange "tick noise" that is heard at the tailpipe. It reminds me of the normal clicking of the Volvo engine from the valves (I'm guessing...), but not really sure. Is it a bad header gasket, or is this normal?

P.S. It really, really sounds bad with stright pipes. Doesnt sound like a lawn mower like the Civic does ;-)
